As of 1:37 PM central, Brigham Alma Mikkelsen entered this world at 6 lbs. 13 oz. and 20.5 inches. Joni was great today and is recovering well. Since blogging is usually left to my more creative spouse I assure you all that the quality of this blog will recover as soon as she feels up to returning to it. But for now, we have a lot of family that are anxiously awaiting pics. So here they are. 
We even had a surprise visit from his Great-Grandpa Mikkelsen who just happened to be lucky enough to get a load out of Kansas to take to Washington on the same day Brigham was born.

oh my word, sooooooo exciting! he is just so sweet, and i just got so many goose bumps when i heard ALMA as the middle name..i love it..love it all! what a sweet little thing. i will be so excited to hear about how the whole delivery, haa haa...and everything else. congrats guys! so much fun!

Ohhh I love him!!! Hooray for little boys!! Trace, Brigham and baby Jones are going to be such good buddies, and Bella will have some cute boy cousins to pal around with! Congratulations you two, and good blogging, Josh! Keep posting pics, babies change and grow so fast!
oh joni and josh, brigham is so precious and just perfect! i just love your family shot. that was amazing that your grandpa was able to stop in, those tender mercies. i am glad all are doing well and look so great.
