A day in the life of Briggs

Is it possible for my son to take after my dog? Strange, I know. But I think he does. Not because he has eyes that will melt your heart like Abe does. Not because he sometimes smells as bad as Abe does. Not even because he's always right at your feet like Abe is. Although those are all true. The particular thing that made my mind make the connection between my sweet dog and my even sweeter son is the fact that they both get stuck in tight spaces. Abe loves fitting his great big body into snug spots. Apparently, as of yesterday, so does Brigham. (his body isn't great big, and there was space for him under these particular things, but nonetheless, we kept finding him in strange binds.)

First, he climbed up under the exersaucer.

Then we found him under the table.

Then he was under the chair.

He's crazy, but we sure love him. I can't wait to get him and Abe together. I think they'll really get along, unless they fight for all the tight spots.

That's what happens when they get mobile. Abe will love having another friend to snuggle with.
