We had a terrific Thanksgiving break at home with our families...more to come on our wonderful weekend later. For now:
Top Ten Reasons We LOVE to Fly First Class
10 - We got to check 3 bags each for free (and we did fit everything home in 6 bags)
9 - There is a first class security line...there was one person in front of us.
8 - We got to board first.
7 - There were bottles of water waiting for us when we got on board.
6 - Kasy (the bomb flight attendant) offered to take our coats when we entered the plane.
5 - She also offered to store Josh's backpack in the coat closet because it was too big to fit up top.
4 - Then she offered us something besides water to drink.
3 - And a free meal, with real plates, silverware, glasses, etc.
2 - Josh didn't have to put his backpack (that Kasy got out for him so we could watch a movie) back in storage to land (since we let our first class passengers do pretty much whatever they want...)
1 - We were the second and third people of the plane, which is nice at midnight when you still have an hour to drive.
Thank you for the free upgrade Delta!

Sounds like you guys were taken care of! I think I need a "Kasy" around the house to be at my beck and call. Glad you had a great break and that you made it back safe and sound.

It was SO much fun seeing you while you were here. It had been way too long - I had missed you so much! You look great and I'm already looking forward to seeing you in the Summer with your sweet baby!
Did you say "since we let our first class passengers do pretty much whatever they want..." with an accent? I can totally hear it. Next time we go to Africa we will have to fly first class!
